Galvanized Steel, AISI430, 304, and 316ss material.
- Galvanized Steel: Galvanized steel is steel coated with a layer of zinc to prevent rust and corrosion.
- AISI430: Ferritic stainless steel consists of iron-chromium alloys with minimal carbon content. This type of steel is magnetic and offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it well-suited for various industrial uses, including automotive parts and kitchen equipment.
- Grade 304 stainless steel is widely used for its strength, toughness, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication. Its 18% chromium and 8% nickel composition ensure durability, excellent formability, and resistance to corrosive environments.
- 316 grade stainless steel, sometimes referred to as A4 stainless steel or marine grade stainless steel. The primary alloying elements in addition to iron are chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–12%), and molybdenum (2–3%), with up to 2% manganese. Trace amounts of silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur (less than 1%) are also included.
